Four ideas that make everything click
Once you know these, the rest of the product feels predictable.
One item, many views
A task is stored once. The board, list, timeline, calendar, My Work, and reports all show that same task. Change it anywhere and every view updates.
You see what you are allowed to see
Menus, project tabs, search results, and even Assistant answers follow your permissions. If you cannot see something, it has not been shared with you.
Tasks and budget are separate
How the team splits the work and how the budget is structured are two different trees. You can link a task to a budget line, but moving tasks around never moves money.
Finance figures stay trustworthy
When a project is connected to the company ERP (such as SAP), actual costs come from the ERP and are read-only. Amounts are exact and carry their currency, including the Omani rial.
Where should you start?
Choose the path that matches your role. You can always use search to jump straight to a topic.
