Everyday work

Your day

Five personal pages show what is yours: what to do next, what needs attention, where your time went, and how you are progressing.

Home: your daily picture

Home is your personal overview, ready when you sign in. A new layout starts with three tiles:

My tasks

The work assigned to you that is still open.

Overdue

Items past their due date that need action first.

Project health

Your projects, marked on track, at risk, or off track.

When the data exists, Home also shows the remaining work in your active sprint and a workload snapshot. A year activity map shows how active you have been, day by day.

Make Home your own

Choose Customize to show, hide, and reorder tiles. Your layout only changes your own Home.

My Work: everything assigned to you

My Work collects the work assigned to you across all your projects, so you don't have to open each project.

  • Quick filters: Due today, Overdue, In progress, and Done this week.
  • Two layouts: a list for scanning and a board for moving items between statuses.
  • Same item, everywhere: when you complete an item here, it is completed in its project, timeline, and reports too.
On your phone

Swipe a row sideways to see its quick actions. If you prefer not to swipe, use the row's menu button for the same actions.

Inbox: triage your alerts

Inbox collects alerts about things that affect you:

  • work assigned to you,
  • mentions in comments,
  • approaching due dates,
  • access changes.

Move each alert to one of three places:

StateUse it when
InboxIt is new and still needs your attention.
LaterYou want to snooze it and see it again later.
DoneYou have dealt with it.

To choose which channels alert you, such as email or WhatsApp, see Notifications & settings.

Timesheets: record your time

Use Timesheets to record time spent on work items, in either of two ways:

Run a timer

Start the timer when you begin, then stop it when you finish. The time is saved against the work item.

Enter time manually

Add the time afterwards, for example at the end of the day.

Mark entries as billable when the time can be charged to a client. Managers with the right permission can review another person's timesheet.

Progress: celebrate real work

A cheering person with a trophy, medal, and rising chart.

Progress shows your XP, level, streak, badges, and recent awards. Points come only from finished work, not from looking busy.

  • Higher-priority items earn a small bonus.
  • A daily cap and a reopen window stop the same work from scoring twice.
  • Only you see your score by default. The weekly board is off unless an administrator turns it on. Even then, you only appear if you choose Show me.

  3. Work from My WorkFilter by Due today, start a timer, and complete items as you finish them.
  4. End of day: check TimesheetsMake sure your time is recorded. Then look at Progress to see what you achieved.
