Docs

Docs is the shared document library for the whole company.

  • Write or upload. Write in the editor, or upload an existing file as a document.
  • Autosave. Your changes are saved while you type.
  • Version history. Open an earlier version and restore it if needed.
  • Pin important documents so they are easy to find.
  • Lessons library. Lessons from projects you can access appear here too.

Project-specific documents live in each project's Docs tab and use the same editor.

Files

Files is a private file library. Files attached to work items are the same files, not separate copies. Switch between list and grid views.

Private by default

Only people with access can open a file.

Short-lived links

Download links expire quickly, so a forwarded link stops working.

Checked first

A new upload becomes downloadable once its upload and security checks are finished.

Reports

Reports shows delivery reporting across the projects you can access. It has four views: Overview, Projects, Workload, and Schedule.

  • Export to CSV to work with the data in a spreadsheet.
  • Print or save as PDF for meetings and steering committees.

Detailed financial reports are in each project's Financials โ†’ Reports view.

Goals & benefits

Goals tracks the outcomes the company or a project is aiming for. Each goal has a target value and a current value, and it can be linked to the work items or sprints that move it forward.

Benefits are recorded here too. A benefit records the expected change, how it is measured, the starting baseline, the target, the owner, and when it should be realized. Filter benefits by project. The project's business case reads these same benefits.

Dashboards

Dashboards stores saved charts and named presets. Each dashboard covers either one project or all projects you can report on, and its label shows which.

Everyone sees their own numbers

Sharing a dashboard does not share data. Each viewer only sees chart data from projects they are allowed to report on.

Assistant

The Assistant is a chat advisor for your projects. It answers from the projects, work items, and files you are allowed to read, and it points to the records it used.

Great for

"Summarize the Apollo project." ยท "Which of my items are overdue?" ยท "List the files on the network upgrade." ยท "Give me a portfolio status report."

Will not

Invent budget, commitment, actual, or ERP figures. Approve change requests or record stage decisions. People with the right authority do that.

Your conversations are private to you. If you lose access to a project, conversations about it disappear from your list.

Which AI does it use?

An administrator chooses the provider for everyone under Settings โ†’ Assistant: Ollama (the default, running on company servers), OpenAI or Gemini (cloud services, once a key is added), or SBC AI, which runs in your own browser.
